Best functional fitness programming ever! Leo and Ali deliver a solid workout every time and as someone who wasn’t really a big fan of group workouts - I’m now addicted… great atmosphere with amazing people! I also enjoy not having to think or plan my workouts. PBY works hard behind the scenes to create effective workout programs that flow seamlessly together. I love PBY!

By far the best gym experience in the entire Kootenays. I've been to every CrossFit gym from Nelson to Fernie. They're all good, but Ali and Leo and their coaching staff are next level. Fantastic class programming with progressive strength training that gets you fit, slim and strong, noticeably so. Class make-up is varied, with all levels of ability, age and sizes of people supporting eachother in a way I have never experienced at any other gym. Well worth the money. Wish I'd started going years earlier. Lucky to have this place in Nelson.

This is what ive been looking for. Super functional, optimized workout to keep your body guessing. Ali is an amazing instructor, and Power By You offers a very inviting atmosphere, for anybody to jump into a class and not feel judged. You guys got something special going on here, happy to have found out about you. If I could put more than 5 stars I would!
